Give the ball back
some of the hours.

Every footballer knows the feeling. You meant to go outside with the ball. Then you checked your phone, and the evening went with it.

That isn’t a lack of discipline. The apps on your phone are built by very good teams to be very hard to put down. Willpower is a fair fight for about a minute.

JuggleScroll changes the deal instead of asking you to try harder. The apps you choose stay shut until you’ve done some juggling — and the juggling is counted by your own phone’s camera, so the only way through is actually touching the ball.

A few seconds of keep-ups won’t make anyone a professional. But touches add up, and so do days. The goal is simple: less scrolling, more touches — and a habit that’s still there next month.

What we hold to.

01

Earn it, don’t ban it.

Phones aren’t the enemy and neither are your apps. JuggleScroll doesn’t take anything away — it puts a price on the scroll, and the price is touches.

02

Football first.

The levels are named after the pathway players actually climb. The reward for using the app well is more time on the ball, not more time in the app.

03

Honest by design.

The camera runs on your phone. Your app list stays on your phone. No ads, no analytics SDK, no invented numbers on this website. If something isn’t true yet, we don’t say it.

04

Consistency over intensity.

A daily ceiling, no rollover, and a streak that’s about coming back — not a punishment for missing a day.

JuggleScroll is an independent app, made and run by Kambili Okwuosa in Ontario, Canada. Questions, ideas or problems go straight to jugglescroll@gmail.com.
